A former Deputy General Manager in a Public Sector Bank, he currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and is an empanelled Subject Matter Expert with reputed institutions and consulting organizations. He has completed specialised programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Sustainable Finance, Climate Risk Governance, Cyber Security, and Digital Personal Data Protection from leading national and international institutions. Mr. Srivastava is associated with IIBF, IBPS, NABARD, BIRD, and other professional bodies as faculty, speaker, and expert resource person. His expertise spans banking, governance, risk, sustainability, technology, and board oversight.
Mr. Santosh Lingangouda Patil

Mr. S.L. Patil, a former State Information Commissioner and retired Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, joined Sayyam Investments Pvt. Ltd as an Additional Director. He has played a key role in driving digital transformation, including core banking implementation in Kenya and launching mobile banking initiatives in India. He also served as Director on the Board of Baroda Gujarat Gramin Bank and Convenor of the SLBC, Gujarat. With strong expertise in technology, governance, and strategy, he brings valuable leadership to financial services growth and transformation.
