Detailed Job Description
  • Respond to customer queries via email professionally and promptly
  • Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and process standards while handling emails
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
