Customer Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu and Tamil, along with basic English, to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update system records accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Telugu & Tamil are mandatory.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
