HR Executive / Senior HR Executive
📍 Bengaluru | Full-time | On-site | 💼 1 to 5 Years | 🏦 BPO / NBFC / Financial Services Preferred | Reports To: Manager - HR
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions, while ensuring efficient HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions
  • Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet business requirements within defined timelines
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels
  • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation
  • Schedule interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
  • HR Operations: Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, and separations
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR processes
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and workforce planning
  • Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
Qualifications
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • HR Executive: 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Senior HR Executive: 4 to 5 years of experience
