HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions, while ensuring efficient HR operations and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet business requirements within defined timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation
- Schedule interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring timelines
- HR Operations: Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, and separations
- Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR processes
- Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and workforce planning
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
- HR Executive: 1 to 3 years of experience
- Senior HR Executive: 4 to 5 years of experience
