About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP (v8+), modern MVC frameworks, and frontend technologies (Vue.js / React.js). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working across the full development lifecycle — from designing scalable backend architectures to building dynamic, component-based frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (v7+) and modern frameworks such as Yii2, Laravel 10+, Symfony, or other MVC architectures (e.g., Zend).
  • Build reusable, efficient, and maintainable frontend components using Vue.js or React.js.
  • Implement robust database designs and optimize performance across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Integrate and manage Redis caching, ORM, and queueing systems for high throughput applications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external services and messaging APIs.
  • Apply OOPs principles and software design patterns for clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Implement ElasticSearch for advanced data search and analytics capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Track and manage tasks effectively using JIRA and follow Agile best practices.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability in application design and implementation.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and be willing to adapt to new tools and frameworks.
Mandatory Skills
  • ✅ PHP v7+ with strong hands-on experience
  • ✅ Frameworks: Yii2, Laravel 10+, Symfony, or Zend
  • ✅ Frontend: Vue.js, React.js (component-based architecture)
  • ✅ Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • ✅ Strong understanding of OOPs, Design Patterns, and MVC architecture
  • ✅ Redis, Queueing Systems, ORMs
  • ✅ Experience with ElasticSearch
  • ✅ Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
  • ✅ Exposure to Messaging / Queue APIs (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, etc.)
  • ✅ Financial domain experience
  • ✅ Familiar with JIRA, Agile development methodology
Good to Have
  • ☁️ AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)
  • 🐳 Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
  • 🔁 Microservices architecture
  • ⚙️ CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
  • 🧠 Strong understanding of Git and modern branching workflows

Education
