About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the discretion to handle confidential information in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The Executive Assistant will play a key role in enhancing the CEO’s productivity and supporting strategic business priorities.

Job Description – Executive Assistant to CEO
1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and align the CEO’s daily, weekly, and monthly calendars.
- Prioritize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared with relevant documents before engagements.
2. Meeting Coordination
- Set up internal and external meetings with complete logistical support.
- Prepare agendas, follow-ups, and track action items.
- Maintain updated meeting trackers for leadership visibility.
3. Expense & Reimbursement Handling
- Manage expense submissions, reimbursements, and financial documentation.
- Maintain accuracy and timely submission of all CEO-related expense reports.
4. Email Management & Communication Support
- Scan, review, and prioritize email communications for the CEO.
- Draft and send professional emails as per instructions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and manage email-based tasks.
5. Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks
- Handle daily admin needs such as document organization, filing, and support tasks.
- Assist with travel bookings, event coordination, and vendor coordination.
- Support the CEO with miscellaneous tasks to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in an EA/Admin/Operations role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and email management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Preferred: Male candidates for travel and extended-hours flexibility.
