- Respond to customer queries via email professionally and promptly
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and process standards while handling emails
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required
Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt
