Detailed Job Description
  • Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of tele-collection executives to achieve daily and monthly collection targets
  • Allocate workloads, track individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback
  • Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards
  • Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving complex collection issues
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and training to improve productivity and quality
  • Prepare and share MIS reports on collections, performance metrics, and recovery status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve collection outcomes
  • Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in tele-collections, with prior experience in a team leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies, and compliance norms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead teams, manage pressure, and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or related industries
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialer systems
