Detailed Job Description
- Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of tele-collection executives to achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Allocate workloads, track individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback
- Ensure adherence to collection processes, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Handle escalated customer cases and support the team in resolving complex collection issues
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and training to improve productivity and quality
- Prepare and share MIS reports on collections, performance metrics, and recovery status
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve collection outcomes
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in tele-collections, with prior experience in a team leadership role
- Strong knowledge of collection processes, recovery strategies, and compliance norms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead teams, manage pressure, and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BFSI, NBFC, FinTech, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM and dialer systems
