We are looking for energetic and result-oriented candidates for the role of Tele Collection Executive.
The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding pending payments and ensuring timely collections through calls while maintaining professional communication.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups
- Explain payment dues and resolve customer queries professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required
- Follow company policies and collection processes
Requirements
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment
- Freshers are welcome to apply
