About the Role
Looking for Semi Qualified CS candidates with experience in ROC filings, board meeting support, statutory compliances, and maintenance of statutory registers. Candidate should have knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, RBI compliances, and Secretarial Standards. Experience in regulatory filings and secretarial support will be preferred. Good communication and coordination skills are required.
Detailed Job Description
  • Organising, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meetings
  • Management and execution of the requirements under the Companies Act, Factories Act, FEMA and other applicable acts
  • Monitor applicable regulations/laws for changes impacting the organization and ensure compliance
  • Ensuring compliances with applicable Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI and approved by the Central Government
  • Maintaining statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries
  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and filing of forms with RBI and other regulatory authorities
  • Maintain filing requirements for statutory company registers including e-filing of annual accounts and annual reports with ROC
  • Ensure the company complies with all legal and statutory requirements
  • Keep updated with regulatory or statutory changes affecting the organisation
  • Provide secretarial support across departments
Qualification
  • Qualified Company Secretary with minimum 0–1 years of experience
  • Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English
